Many of the draw-type clips you see in the Microsoft Clip Organizer are metafiles (.wmf files). If you converted the clip to a drawing object and then ungrouped it, you may be left with many little pieces that can be difficult to manage.

To select all the pieces of the ungrouped clip, on the Drawing toolbar in your Microsoft Office program, click Select Objects  Hold down the mouse button and draw a selection rectangle around the entire clip. On the Drawing toolbar, click the Draw menu, and then click Group. This will not undo any changes you have made to the pieces of the clip.
